BFC Please Stand By, Carl Craig Wrap Me In Its Arms, Sarah Gregory As Time Goes By.

Hailing from darkest Dorset . . . . . . .One of the Uk's heaviest and dirtiest bands and "Supercoven" is there darkest moment. 2 tracks weighing in at 20 minutes each (This has bonus live tracks) that is some of the greasiest doom your ears will hear. Great liner notes . . .This jam session can now be heard !!!!!

Imagine Marvin Gaye fronting Parlifunkadelicment and you have the Fugi LP. This is some serious acid soaked soul for your head not much info online about this guy but Rebelbass are digging and we will get back to you as this is just the BOMB!! I wonder why he was blackballed as it says on the cover ?

Luke Vibert's first dabblings with Samplers and Synths produced this LP for Rising High in 1994, rumour has it he got the contract signed and then rushed out borrowing kit and buying up cheap stuff from Loot as he owned fuck all to make his Debut ;). At Rebel Bass we think this was the best thing he did before floating off to make bonkers drum n bass for papa as Plug.

When i first was sent the first Motorbass stuff i knew it was all change. Transported to Paris were the sounds of strobe laden northern Warehouse parties circa 90/91 as soundtracked by Network and Warp records. This was music that sounded empty like early bleep mutated with a broken sampler and a drunken Giorgio Moroder at the helm. "Pansoul" their debut LP was on the horizon and this showed where we were heading. La Funk Mob,Le Chatte Rouge,Maffia Bass,Cassius and Superdiscount we thank you all :D
I LOVE Yoko Ono and this disc being some of her greatest work i thought id share some of it. this comes from the very expensive Onobox (6 disc)
This is some of the first disc called "London Jam" featuring Lennon(Guitar),Voorman(Bass) and Ringo on Drums (Yay !!) Some of these tracks appeared on the "Yoko/Plastic Ono" LP in another form. "Greenfield Morning" is simply amazing . . . . . . GET ONO'D!!

No one hit harder than No U Turn at the time the sounds Nico coaxed out of his studio take some fucking beating ,Drum n Bass just had to make a change, it took the Techstep mould and crushed it under giant hydrolic mechanoids. Along with Panacea this is the music i want to soundtrack the apocolypse.NUT CD 01 1997
For me this is where electronic music finally wrenched my guitar from my greasy hand for a few years. I never realised electronics could be this hard and fierce and it opened a whole other world of likeminded bands. The fusion of beats ,synths and guitars was unlike anything that had come before bar PWEI but this was on a totally different level. Jack Dangers taught me the "studio is an instrument". If you have never heard em before expect distorted breaks, synths at breaking point, bad bass, vocals and the madest sax cuts. This is their defining moment.
